Online Videos Can Be Outstanding for a Businesses Earnings

You may well know how key posting your businesses short format video is. For a businesses marketing manager, promotional videos are a commendable media that can easily capture your potential clients’ attention and substantially raise the amount of users to your businesses site. Internet videos are enormously successful in maintaining the target consumers’ relatively short attention. Moreover, if codes are used & online video sharing is encouraged, short format professional videos can be a good way to get one-way inbound links and thereby positively affect your firms position on the search engines.

In reality, Web video clips have become a useful media for business or self-endorsement. The following are a number of tips to circulating your own Internet videos.

Firstly, you can post your short format video commercials on your own site; although this would need you to make your own video hosting arrangements. Instead, ask your Internet hosting solutions supplier if video downloading or video streaming services are supported.

Video downloading is where your business viewers are required to download your Web video clip to their PC’s hard disk. They need to save the professional video to their own PC before they can play it using their PC’s video player or a downloadable video player software. There are hundreds video downloading service merchants that are reasonably priced. There is also a progressive downloading mechanism where your web visitors can play the professional videos whilst downloading them.

While video streaming on the other hand totally does away with the requirement to download the promotional videos & lets immediate playback so it presents the most convenience to your web viewers. Naturally, getting a video hosting merchant that supports video streaming can cost you a pretty penny. Vidify’s digital video distribution channels can help generate the awareness and impact that your video content deserves.

Finally, the more trendy way to circulate short format professional videos is by posting your sites to video distribution sites which possess their very own video hosting platform. These websites cost you nothing to log on and will sometimes give you money post video material. They also have a large audience base & grasp; for example, YouTube gets in the region of 12 million visitors each & every month.

Use Your GPS (Goal Positioning System) To Achieve Your Goals

How’s your motor running? Are you powering through your daily tasks and
accomplishing all the goals you set for yourself, or are you stuck in life’s slow lane?

Here’s how to boost your performance, and achieve your goals, using your GPS (Goal
Positioning System).

=> 1. Set clear, time-limited goals, using your GPS (Goal Positioning System)

What do you want and when do you want it? You need to know where you’re headed,
otherwise you’ll end up somewhere you don’t expect.

If you’ve been resisting setting goals because it all sounds like too much work, and
you’ve got enough on your plate already, try using your own GPS (Goal Positioning
System).

The usual way of setting goals is to decide what you want, set the date by which you
will have achieved it, and then work backwards from the date, creating monthly,
weekly, and daily tasks which will, with luck, get you there.

The problem with this system is that it assumes that you’re static, that nothing
much is going to change in you and in your environment between now and the date
you’ve set for achieving your goal. But you change every day, and so does
everything else.

Try using your GPS. It’s simplicity itself. The only demand it makes on you is that
you decide what you want, and by which date you want it. Then you set yourself
some weekly and daily tasks which will, according to where you are at the moment,
and according to your current knowledge, take you there.

The only thing you need to keep in your mind is your goal. Your GPS locks onto your
goal and proceeds to move you towards it.

How? Read on for how to use your GPS.

=> 2. Daily: visualize yourself successfully completing tasks and achieving your
goals

Split-brain theory suggests that your brain’s split into two: into your right and left
brain. Your right brain sees wholes, rather than parts. Your left brain focuses and
sees parts, rather than wholes.

The two halves of your brain work together smoothly, most of the time. However,
you can gum up the works with stress, by trying too hard, and by assuming that you
know exactly how you will achieve your goals.

Your brain works best if you use your imagination (images/ right brain) to picture
what you want, and use your logic (left brain) to figure out a plan, and work on the
plan, TODAY.

So get an image of your goal’s achievement, and confine your activities to what you
can clearly see to do right now, today, to get yourself toward your goal.

You confine yourself to today, because you will change today, and everything will
change around you, albeit subtly (usually). Confining yourself to today is realistic.
You can’t know what will happen tomorrow; you don’t know what effect your actions
today will have.

Before you do each task today, take a moment and picture the task as done, before
you start it.

If you hate a task, this mental imaging is vital. Let’s say you hate to make cold calls
(telemarketing). You dislike the task, so you put it off as long as possible, and when
you do get around to doing it you do it in a half-hearted manner. Guess how many
sales you make with this attitude?

Instead, try this. Imagine yourself doing something you enjoy, say swimming.
Imagine yourself in the pool, swimming laps. Really get into this, use your senses,
and clearly imagine your enjoyment.

Now say to yourself: “As I’m making my cold calls, I’ll feel exactly the same
enjoyment I do as when I’m swimming.” Now picture yourself making the calls, and
enjoying doing it.

=> 3. Use your intuition

The next step in using your GPS is to allow your intuition to help you.

Your intuition manifests through bodily sensations. You may get “gut feelings” or
your feelings may manifest somewhere else in your body. Listen to them. Follow
your instincts.

=> 4. Write ABOUT what you want, and why you want it

Writing about what you want, and why you want it, is a great way to deal with
negative emotions.

If you feel resistance to doing something, say cold calls, as in our example, take out
a pen and paper and ask yourself why you feel this.

Just keep writing. Write as quickly as you can, for at least ten minutes. Use a timer.
Don’t stop writing until the ten minutes is up.

You’ll be amazed at the effect this simple process has. You can change your mood
entirely, and can also get at the root cause of your discomfort and eliminate it.

True, you may feel some discomfort as you write. However, by being willing to stay
with it, those feelings will dissipate. And best of all, they won’t return. Stay with it.

=> 5. Create and use a daily task list

Each morning, using a pen and paper, write out five tasks you will do today. It’s
important to use pen and paper for this, and write out the tasks manually, even if
you use a PIM (Personal Information Manager) or calendar on your computer.

Write out your tasks, and prioritize them: A,B,C,D,E.

Writing out your tasks by hand kickstarts your brain. It involves both your left and
right brain, and gets them to cooperate.

If you aren’t powering through your life, with your eyes fixed firmly on the prize —
your goals — and use your GPS. It’s easy, it’s great fun, and best of all, it will move
you towards your goals faster than you believed possible.

Before You Set Any Goal Question Everything

If there was a way to have everything you want and
need, effortlessly and gracefully and you could indeed be
happy and satisfied every moment of your journey, would
that be worth reconsidering some of your most cherished
beliefs and spending some time looking with new eyes and
considering your life from another perspective?

This was already the first step in setting your goals: spend
time developing the vision of the outcome of your life. Seek
alternative views and explore how people you admire are
doing it. Start dreaming up your preferred way of operating
and don’t be shy.

Here is something about beliefs: They define what we allow
ourselves to experience. Science determined that we do not
actually perceive the world as it is, but only as we are able to
see it through our own specific glasses/filters. We mostly
perceive what we believe to know…

The implications of this are fascinating. What we have
experienced so far is due to the beliefs we held. Someone
with a different belief system would have experienced the
events in your life differently and would have drawn different
conclusions and taken different actions! This means beliefs
are primary and whatever happens is secondary to how we
are affected.

So, before we set our goals and as we are building our
vision of how we want to live and who exactly we want to be,
we need to become aware of our current beliefs. Some of
them may not have been working in your favor in the first
place, prompting your desire for change.

Our society seems to hold some of the following beliefs very
deeply. Read them and feel if they hold any power over you:
‘You have to work hard to get what you want’
‘There isn’t enough for everyone- it’s either you or someone
else’
‘You have to be pretty or outwardly successful to be loved
and accepted’
‘Your worth depends on how well you do for yourself’
Etc…

Chances are that you have been affected by these and other
rather limiting and fear based beliefs and that they have not
given you the happiness and satisfaction you know you want
and are seeking to attain.

So, are you ready to have it easy? Are you ready to envisage
a life based on love and abundance, where you ‘know’ you
are OK and taken care of and where you allow yourself to
thrive with ease and grace? Or is this idea intimidating,
far-fetched or ‘unrealistic’? Who would you be if YOUR life
was easy and satisfying?

Contemplate the following questions and write a list of at
least 10 items for each question:

1. What would you do if money, age or skill were no issue?
Make a note of any ‘Yeah but…’ responses on a separate
list, so they don’t keep you stuck.

2. What would you do if you could not fail?

3. What is most important in your life? And in what order?

Once you have a clear idea of what it is you really want,
relish in in the imagination of having it. Imagine vividly and in
detail how it would feel if you had your ideal life, being who
and how you really want to be, doing what you love to do and
getting everything you ever desired!

Do not worry about how it is going to come about. Note and
temporarily park any arising worries on your ‘Yeah but…’
sheet. You can deal with them later. Indulge in how you want
it in great detail. Pretend it has come to pass already. Your
unconscious will not know the difference and will from then
on assist you in bringing your desires into reality. Let this
magic work for you.

So, once you have fully captured your ideal scenario, write it
up, make a photo collage or a drawing, or find any other
symbolic way, which reminds you of your new self and
desired state often and powerfully.

Next take the ‘Yeah but…’ list and put your creativity to work.
Allow yourself to find solutions to the seeming impossible
and allow yourself to be surprised by how proficient your
unconscious is at generating solutions, now that it knows
where you want to go! There might even be events or
circumstances, which previously seemed difficult and
somehow now prove ‘just right’!

Once your vision is clear, truly connected to your original
desires and in line with your core beliefs of choice you have
made a goal for all the forces to conspire in making that
goal a reality!

“Achieving Your Goals by Using One Word”

One of my favorite techniques for achieving goals is to use the word ‘anyway’ as often as necessary.

If you don’t feel like doing something or start doubting whether the activity has any value, do it ‘anyway’ and then see what the results are later after you have completed the activity.

Some results can be seen or felt almost immediately. You reluctantly go for a walk but feel great as soon as you get home. Other results may take a week or so. You start eating less and feel slimmer in two or three days’ time.

A few days ago I started eating less before going to sleep instead of having a large evening meal. Today I had my reward. I was walking past a local farm when the farmer took a long look at me and then patted his stomach saying:

“You are losing it!”

He is no lightweight himself but I took his encouragement in the spirit in which it was meant and replied: “Thanks; that will encourage me for the next six months”

You can always stop doing whatever activity you think is a waste of time at a later date but if you stop too early you will never know whether it would have worked or not.

Another example is the key task of keeping your room tidy. You decide to tidy up your room and plan to move 5 less used items out of the room every day. After a day or so, you may feel your plan is making no difference whatever - your room still looks a complete mess.

Keep following your plan anyway. After a week you will probably see a difference and this fairly quick result will encourage you to keep going with your plan until your room is a model of tidiness. Try it out and see what happens.

I tried this plan yesterday and not only moved 5 books out of the room but created a database to record where I put them plus a database for my internet courses (the numerous ones I have not yet read). On top of that I changed a light bulb that had been out of action for several days!

However, my room still looked a mess!

I tried the plan again today and immediately benefited from the side effects of tidying up. I discovered several videos I could use again and found where I had put my video of ‘The Hulk’.

Another result was that the left side of my room was now looking almost tidy!

However, the main benefit of carrying out any plan is not the results produced. It is the character produced. Our self-esteem and confidence rise every time we carry out a plan however small it is.

As Marlon Sanders, the great internet guru, would say: “If a thing ain’t done, it ain’t done.”

Unfinished products are useless. No money can be made from them and no one can benefit from them. It is vitally important that we complete what we begin even if we lose interest and start having doubts.

We need to finish our projects anyway. We will then start believing that we can achieve anything.

At the time of writing this, Ellen MacArthur, the great yachtswoman, is sailing round the world on her own. She has just passed the Canary Isles and is two hours ahead of her nearest competitor.

She is fulfilling a giant plan but what preceded it was the fulfilment of many smaller plans like learning how to tie a useful knot and how to take part in sailing competitions.

At least one of these yacht races was so stressful that she was in tears for much of the voyage. But she kept going anyway.

Carrying out her plans built her confidence and will power to a point where sailing round the world in record time became a real possibility.

Lloyd Scott has just finished cycling across Australia from Perth to Sydney on a penny farthing bike to raise money for leukaemia research.

He is, not surprisingly, rather sore even though he has probably prepared by cycling shorter distances on his penny farthing.

Doubtless, there were many days when he felt like giving up but he kept on cycling anyway.

He celebrated by swimming in the sea at Bondai Beach.

The more we make use of the word ‘anyway’, the more we will achieve our goals and celebrate reaching them.

If we keep on using this amazing word, celebration will become a way of life for us.

We Are Gods Of A Greater God

Have you ever wished that you were a God, creating anything you could possibly want, and destroying the things that you don’t want? Have you ever wished that you could wiggle your nose, and a pile of money would magicallly appear? Or, maybe make a wish upon a star, and it comes true?

Wishing upon a star may or may not work, but wishes can come true, hence the saying, “Be careful what you wish for.” So, if wishes can come true, then just what is it that makes this happen? Wishes are just thoughts, right? Then there must be some sort of force, or energy in thoughts, that enables them to become things. In fact, all things have energy, even thoughts. It’s just a matter of harnessing that energy, and properly directing it into something solid.

There is a term for this concept, and that term is manifestation. The act of creating something visible, like money, out of something invisible, like thoughts. It is the subconcious mind that turns wishes into reality, not the concious mind. You will probably be waiting for a long time if you simply just state your wish, like wishing upon a star. It has to be deeper than that. You need to be dreaming about your wishes. You need to see pictures of your wishes over and over again. This is why subliminal messages are so powerful, because images are flashed very quickly, and your subconcious mind picks up on that.

So, putting up pictures of what you want, or signs with simple words, can really help your subconcious in figuring out what it is you want. If you want money, put up a picture of money, and look at it frequently. If you want a better body, put up a picture of what you would like to look like.

Your subconcious will then understand that that is what you want. You will need to look at these pictures frequently, and especially upon waking. It is also reccommended that if you wake up in the middle of the night, the time when your subconcious is most active, that you look at the picture, close your eyes, look again, close your eyes, and repeat this process, until you get what you want.

You can create virtually anything, changing your life. But you need to believe that you can do it, set your goals, and remain positive that it will happen. There is an indescribable amount of power behind thoughts, and one just needs to learn to use this power to changes their selves, and their lives for the better.

Durom Cup Hip Recall Is Unfavorable News

Alot of unfortunate people who received defective hip implant applied in their hip replacement surgical operations are finding that there are difficulties that far exceed the natural expectations for recuperation. These unfortunate people are feeling a lot of excess pain sensation for lengthier periods of time, needing a revision surgical procedures and elevated medical costs, and losing income by not being able to work at their normal businesses. Although Zimmer Holdings, Inc. is laying claim that that their hip cup implant is not conceivably malfunctioning and not to blame for the surgical failures, many individuals are filing lawsuits against them and taking settlements.

These distressed patients definitely deserve some help and compensation which is why product liability lawyers are encouraging them to initiate the filing of a lawsuit. zimmer durom cup hip implant lawyers has been settling up with these claims. Nonetheless, even if the settlement they are being offered seems like a fair amount, in most cases patients are deciding too quickly and with no provision or allowance being made for reoccuring problems if pain returns. Without waiting to find out what cases are actually going to be worth, people may find themselves ending up paying alot more money out of pocket when more problems start to surface.

Anyone who thinks they probably have a claim against Zimmer needs to start looking into it. If you imagine you could qualify, you should probably visit a lawyer to find out for sure. Look for a firm that covers across the nation and focuses on processing litigation against defective medical devices. This law firm has gone so far as to setup a special section to research and take care of the claims against Zimmer and secure equitable settlements for their customers.

If your orthopedic surgeon updates you with bad news that you will definitely have to undergo a revision surgery to fix your Zimmer Durom hip replacement device, call an lawyer as soon as humanly possible.

As soon as lawyer comes to the conclusion that you have a possible case, be ready to spend some time waiting it out for the best possible settlement that you can get. Heed the good advice that your lawyer gives to you and do not get impatient and demand a quick timeframe for restitution. By not rushing this stage, you will most likey get a larger settlement offer.

Stop Procrastinating - Start Achieving Your Goals

It has been said that 60-80% of New Year’s resolutions will be broken within the first two weeks. In other words, a lot of people have a hard time making the changes in their life they want to make. So you are not alone. Personally, I am not a huge advocate of New Year’s resolutions because I believe in setting and achieving personal goals all year around. That being said, I wanted to share with you the top ten ways to increase the likelihood for success with achieving your goals.

1. Stick to 1 or 2 important goals.

Having a laundry list of all the things you would like to change in your life can be overwhelming. Your chances for success are much higher if you stick to 1 or 2 of your most important goals. This allows you to concentrate all your energy and focus on these goals. Once you achieve those goals, you can always set 1 or 2 more.

2. Be realistic.

It’s okay to think big and want the best, but it is more important to succeed, so be realistic. Ask yourself whether or not your goals are reasonable and possible. It is probably not realistic to set the goal of never yelling at your kids again. How will you feel about your resolution when your children test you on a very bad day and you yell? Certainly one can cut back on yelling and work to find alternative ways to deal with misbehavior, but an all or nothing attitude may set you up for failure, and feeling like you’ve failed can set you up for more failure. Instead, accept and honor your humanness.

3. Be specific.

Be as specific as possible when determining goals. Articulate how you will measure success and exactly what you are trying to achieve. Setting a goal to lose weight is too general. A better choice would be to set a specific and manageable goal. For example say, “I will lose 25 pounds by June 30, 2005.” Be specific when answering the what, when and how.

4. Connect to your motivation for achieving your goal.

Why do you want to achieve this goal? Why now? Make sure your motivation comes from your heart, and not from your head. In other words, your goal should be something you really desire, and not something you know you SHOULD do. Really connect to why this is so important to you. Pay attention to whether or not you are being driven by fear or love. Beware of setting goals based on what someone else in your life thinks you should do. Your resolutions should come from your authentic self.

5. Examine your belief in your ability to achieve this goal.

What do you believe about your ability to achieve your goals? If you have tried to reach the same goal many times before without much success, your confidence could be wavering. You could be feeding yourself negative messages without even realizing it. Be conscious about positive thinking. Remind yourself that you are capable of doing anything you set your heart to. Tell yourself every day that you have the ability to take the steps it will take to reach your goal.

6. Create a detailed plan to achieve your goal.

Let’s say your goal is to eliminate the clutter in your home. But how will you start when the clutter is overwhelming? It may be helpful to break large goals into intermediate, manageable steps. Make a list of each area you need to tackle. Then break each area into even smaller segments that can be tackled easily. For instance, set time aside to clean out old clothes, then to organize sweaters, then to throw out old shoes, and finally arrange clothing by color or type. Don’t forget to specify a time limit for accomplishing each of the smaller steps. Before you know it, the larger goal will have been met.

7. Recognize that you may encounter obstacles.

Most people give up on their goals because they run into some type of obstacle along the way. Obstacles can be internal or external. Examples of internal obstacles include negative self-talk, limiting beliefs and discipline issues. Some external obstacles are the lack of time, money or resources. Know in advance what hurdles you may have to conquer.

8. Identify a plan of action to overcome obstacles.

If you are trying to give up chocolate (I would never try this!), what are you going to do when you get a craving for chocolate, or when all your friends are chowing down on chocolate cake? Maybe your plan would be to carry a sweet substitute with you at all times. Or perhaps you could involve yourself in a fun activity when the urge strikes. If your obstacles are tougher and you need more support, consider hiring a life coach to help you work through your blocks.

9. Enlist the support of an accountability partner.

As you work towards your goals, it can be very helpful to have someone in your life to be your support partner. Consider asking your partner or friend to help you stick to the goals you have set. Use this person when you are struggling and set up a plan to check in regularly with him/her. As a coach, I have the privilege of trading coaching services with my peers. My coach helps me achieve my goals, overcome any obstacles, and celebrate my success.

10. Celebrate success along the way.

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is celebrate your small successes as you work towards your larger goals. Don’t wait until the end to reward yourself. You deserve to be recognized for your efforts and your commitment, especially when your goals take a long time to achieve. If you don’t celebrate on your journey, you will lose your motivation. So celebrate, celebrate, and celebrate!

Achieving your goals can be tough work sometimes, but it is also very rewarding. If you fall off your path, remember you can always get back on. It’s okay to take a few detours. It’s also okay to take a break to rest. Don’t beat yourself up or give up hope. Start again where you fell down and before you know it, you will be a pro at accomplishing your goals.

Start Your Exercise Program With Just One Set Of Movements!

I’ve been spending so much time with coaching clients, making phone calls, and writing articles that I’ve nearly forgotten to exercise.

And like most people, I’m a devotee of one of the laws of thermodynamics; especially the item pertaining to inertia.

You know, the one that says: “A body in motion tends to stay in motion, while a body at rest, tends to stay at rest.”

Unquestionably, this explains what happens to me when I get busy with other things.

So, a few days ago, I decided to do something different. Instead of getting angry with myself, purposely, to get up a head of steam, and break through my sloth, I decided to be kinder.

Specifically, I caught myself thinking, “I’m so far behind in my exercise program that I’ll have to do a ton of work, just to catch up!”

Wrong thought!

Bad thought!

Fat thought!

Just the idea of seeing myself lifting weights over and again, or getting on my exercise bike, or using my Soloflex machine, turned me off, and made me feel fatigued.

So, I had an insight and made a deal with myself.

Exercising a lot is not my problem; it’s STARTING to exercise again. With this in mind, I told myself to just do ONE SET of exercises.

That’s it!

So, I picked up my light dumbbells, and did a set of ten repetitions, and I placed them on the floor.

I did a single set on my Soloflex, as well, and a single set of abdominal twists.

And I stopped right there. I wasn’t fatigued, at all. In fact, I felt nothing, at least right away.

About fifteen minutes later, the endorphins kicked in, and my mood lightened. Also, there was bounce in my step, where there hadn’t been any.

And I knew, I was getting back on my program, literally, without breaking a sweat.

When it comes to inertia, once you’ve started getting into motion, however modestly or slowly, you’ve made a powerful change for the better!

If You Can’t See Your Way to Completing Your Goal, It’s Time to Check Your Vision

Have you been having trouble achieving a specific goal? Are you allowing other less important things to get in the way of accomplishing what you really want? Then this is the time to do a VISION check. Just as it is important to get our eyes checked regularly to assure that we will be able to see clearly, it is equally as important to do a VISION check to be certain that our goal is on track.

Vivid Picture - Have you created a vivid picture in your imagination as to what your completed goal will look, feel, and sound? Have you added lots of sensory detail, paying particular attention to what emotions you will experience when you have achieved your goal? Many people omit this step or they make a half-hearted attempt at it. As a result, their completed goal is not real to them so it becomes very easy to get distracted by day-to-day events. This step takes time and thought which is why many people don’t do it. However, if you don’t have a clear picture in your mind as to what you are trying to accomplish, how will you ever attain it? Developing a clear, vivid picture is critical if you want to achieve your goal.

Inspired - Are you inspired by your goal? Does thinking about it make you smile? If not, then go back to your vivid picture and change it until you are excited about it. Goals take effort. They often require that we change and do things that may be a stretch for us. If the goal isn’t something you really want in the first place, then why bother trying to achieve it?

When you come up with a goal, don’t limit yourself by what you think you can accomplish. Decide what you truly want. Many people have achieved enormous success in their lives because they had big goals. When you are inspired enough by your dream, you will find a way to make it a reality.

Sustained Belief - Do you have a sustained belief that you will achieve your goal? If you really don’t expect to accomplish your goal, then you probably won’t. Sometimes it takes extraordinary courage to believe, in the face of all evidence to the contrary, that we will be successful. Things go wrong. Problems come up. It is easy to get discouraged. That is the time is when you most need to have sustained belief. You can get through the difficult times if you believe you can. People rise to the level of their own beliefs. When you believe you will be successful, then you will achieve success.

Identify - Do you identify with your goal now even though you have not yet achieved it? We must begin to identify with the person we want to become. Once or twice each day, play the picture of your completed goal in your mind. Live your goal in your imagination and experience all of the wonderful emotions that go with it. As you continue to do this, you will find that your thoughts and behaviors become more aligned with the person you will be when you achieve your goal.

Observant - Are you observant as to what actions that are taking you closer to your goal and those that are moving you further away? When we create an action plan for our goal, some of the ideas included in it will work and others won’t. After you take a specific action, observe the result. If it is positive, then continue to do it. If you don’t get the result you expected then modify it and try again. By being observant about what is working and what isn’t, you can adjust your strategy as needed so you will continue to move closer to your goal.

Never Give Up Attitude - Have you adopted a never give up attitude? Have you made a decision that you will not quit no matter how long it takes to achieve your goal? If you don’t have this attitude you might find that obstacles overwhelm you. They might be too difficult to overcome and there is a strong likelihood that you will quit before achieving what you want. However, when you adopt a never give up attitude, there is a power and conviction within you that will carry you through until you reach success.

So if your VISION is fuzzy, don’t worry. By making a few adjustments, you will be able to clearly see your goal to completion and experience all the joy and satisfaction that are part of the package.
